I’ve walked in your shoes, and I know what it’s like to be controlled by the monsters of stress, anxiety, and insomnia.
Since I was a child, I’ve dealt with social anxiety, attention deficit disorder and hair pulling disorder.
As a deeply multifaceted person and lifelong learner, I’ve always had a bad habit of dishing up more responsibility than I can handle.
Because of this and past traumas, I was living life on the sidelines, remaining a victim of my own mind, helpless to my captor’s wrath.
My mental disorders turned out to be pretty lethal for my well-being. They were seriously impacting my job performance, relationships, and overall health.
For years I suffered in silence, hiding behind the glass facade my friends saw. Most people think I’m tough, but below the surface, I broke long ago. I have always feared judgment and rejection.
When I Met CBD, Everything Changed
Like you probably feel now, I was uninformed about my mental conditions and how much they were affecting my life.
After years of beating myself up for not being able to manage my life, and after suffering through a handful of meltdowns, I knew I was ready to seek help.
I’d also tried almost every trick in the book to feel better, from western drugs to therapy and meditation.
Some of these methods worked for me; some didn’t. My CBD journey started in 2016. After months of research I learned the power CBD holds to relax the mind and body. My life changed forever.
This substance was the tool I was missing to start feeling amazing!
CBD became like my best friend. She’s always there for me when I need her most, calming me down as my 24/7 voice of reason.
She came into my life at just the right time, and I started to feel the difference almost immediately. It’s the closest thing to magic I’ve ever felt.

Hi, I’m Trish, the lady behind this CBD and mental health haven. I’m a graphic designer and gym rat, who loves milkshakes as much as salads. I devote my free time to scoure the web for the best information about health and wellness.
I had always wanted to pursue a career in psychology, but you know life can take some unexpected twists and turns.
Now that I’m drawn to the blogosphere, I realize that I can pursue my passions online.
